  • Disrupted communication with your 123HP Deskjet1110 printer can result in the message: ‘Offline’ displaying on screen while attempting to print. This issue can be resolved as follows:  STEP 1:

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor and select Test Print to troubleshoot this problem.
